This Lithium Battery 26 Inch Electric Chopper Stretch E-Bike Fat Tires is powered by 48V/12.8Ah Li-ion battery which can be charged in 4-6 hours. The crank that you use to tighten the rack into the receiver doesn’t work. Leaving the rack loose and unsafe. Customer support does not respond. Not sure where to go from here this was a big purchase and I had it professionally assembled, now it is defective.
