We received the bike carrier with 2 ramps about 3 weeks ago. Putting it together was strait forward. We loaded the carrier onto our vehicle and tested it. It was easy to install and easy for me to load my 69lb Catrike Trail with e-assist onto the carrier. We will be testing more thoroughly on our camping trip in a couple of weeks. Customer service was great. Very responsive to all my questions and kept me apprised of shipping and delivery. So far I’m impressed. I’d like to follow up with a further review once we’ve actually used the carrier on a trip
This trike carrier is perfect for my TerraTrike Maverick with an attached electric pedal-assist motor. It was easy to put together with clear instructions. Loading the trike is as simple as putting the ramps in place and wheeling the trike up them. I would recommend getting the model with three ramps instead of two. Additionally, the customer service from All Around E-Bikes was superb. They confirmed that I had the model I needed and recommended I downgrade to a more suitable option because the carrier I initially ordered was overkill. This saved me over $200. They also made sure the trike carrier would fit my vehicle prior to shipping. I had an excellent experience.
