The pedals are positioned approximately four inches forward from where they are located on a traditional bike frame. This gives you the ability to keep your seat low to the ground while pedaling and still get great leg extension.
Dismounting is a breeze, no need to swing your leg over an unnecessarily high-top tube thus virtually eliminating the risk of falling or tipping over. The thicker tire size adds stability, again adding to the safety features while they also absorb more of the bumps and shocks on rides. The crank that you use to tighten the rack into the receiver doesn’t work. Leaving the rack loose and unsafe. Customer support does not respond. Not sure where to go from here this was a big purchase and I had it professionally assembled, now it is defective.
