A shipment tracking code is sent once the item is processed for shipping. All bicycles require an adult to sign for the delivery. Oversized bicycles ship by LTL freight carriers; an adult signature is required for delivery. Inform the driver of any visible shipping damage to the box and document damage before signing for the merchandise. Take photos of each side of the shipping box.
