Outstanding quality and attention to detail. When was the last time you got a bag of hardware that had the nuts and washers already matched with the correct bolts and spun on just enough to make your work a little easier? Everything fit just as it should. The paint was well done and complete. After it was mounted on the vehicle, it worked like a charm. There’s a reason this one costs more. It’s worth it.
Trike carrier is lite and easy to handle. One issue is that is when the carrier is difficult to move from vertical to horizontal position.

The crank that you use to tighten the rack into the receiver doesn’t work. Leaving the rack loose and unsafe. Customer support does not respond. Not sure where to go from here this was a big purchase and I had it professionally assembled, now it is defective.
