It's fun to ride, it gets me to work like a breeze and i can still pedal harder whenever i want some exercise! I barely notice the added weight of a couple full grocery bags because the motor makes up for it. The throttle helps me accelerate through intersections, I'm glad the bike came with a gift box with a nice phone mount and hand pump because I forgot to order those. Now I can finally cancel my d*mn expensive car insurance and sell the thing, good for the environment too.
Get a good lock and a bike alarm to protect the investment, take good care of the battery too. The rear hub nut of mine was too tight though it took serious strength to loosen that when i wanted to swap inner tubes.

I have had at least six bike trailers, and this is the best.
If you have already been using trailers, you don't need to be sold on why. Personally, I like keeping my bike light and putting the weight in the trailer. My nimble road bike stays that way instead of being turned into a plodding mule with bags. But trailers are heavy. You feel them on the hills. This trailer is the lightest one I have found, and it has the unsprung single wheel design I wanted.
Like all single wheel trailers, you must never load them too high because they will wobble from side to side. No one warns you about that, but you will find out if you get too many heavy groceries.
The kickstand and wheelbarrow handles solve two bad problems with single wheel trailers too, and they do it here without adding too much weight. People will tell you that you can cock the trailer sideways to make your bike stand up, and that does sort of work sometimes, but this double kickstand is way better. The folding handles do help you move the trailer around. This is a pain with most single wheel trailers. Finally though, the single wheels will get you onto narrow trails and the trailer wont flip on you when a wheel hits a bump while going fast.
You will see some trailers have springs and shocks. I have tried these. They do indeed smooth out your riding at high speeds while going down hills fast, but that's it. Every other second you are pushing weight uphill. No thanks. Simple is better.
On the negative side, I don't know who wrote their manual and drew the pictures, but they are pretty lame. You will have to figure out how to put it together and get the hitch sorted. Maybe they have tech support, I do not know. But it was tricky getting the hitch posts figured out. Not a design or funtion problem though.

Outstanding quality and attention to detail. When was the last time you got a bag of hardware that had the nuts and washers already matched with the correct bolts and spun on just enough to make your work a little easier? Everything fit just as it should. The paint was well done and complete. After it was mounted on the vehicle, it worked like a charm. There’s a reason this one costs more. It’s worth it.
