All-aluminum high-strength frame: The Swift’s specially designed compact frame uses 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and utilizes automotive-grade aluminum forging technology to make a lighter and stronger scooter frame compared to those made with standard forging processes. A special surface treatment coating is then applied, which gives it, extreme corrosion resistance and a long-lasting, durable finish. The four corners of the battery box are also reinforced for added protection and wear resistance.

The crank that you use to tighten the rack into the receiver doesn’t work. Leaving the rack loose and unsafe. Customer support does not respond. Not sure where to go from here this was a big purchase and I had it professionally assembled, now it is defective.
