This bike is great for just cruising!! The basket could be a little more sturdier only because I want to take my dog along

After researching e bikes thoroughly my wife and I decided to purchase The Malibu Elite Max 36. One problem, we couldn't get one from any online seller because they were all sold out for the coming late June shipment. It was extremely difficult to get a real live person on any of the help lines to ask questions with the exception of Cheryl of All Around E-Bikes. She was incredible. Coincidentally, the day I called she was informed that they had a cancellation for one of their allotted Malibu's for June. She went out of her way to see if she could get it for me from her distributor. She called me back several times that day and got it done! The bike was delivered on time as promised and we absolutely love it. Outstanding customer service is all I can say.
