All Around E-Bikes, LLC ships to the USA 48 Contiguous States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, & Puerto Rico. We ship via UPS, FedEx and UPSP. A shipment tracking code is sent once the item is processed for shiping. All bicycles require and adult to sign for the delivery; oversized bicycles ship by LTL freight carriers; an adult signature is required for delivery.
