I love my new E Bike I’m excited to ride it more when it gets warmer out.
Came intact in a box. Easy to assemble which was good because the Directions were terrible. Seat post was almost too big to fit and move for height adjustment Kick stand was too tall even after removing the adjustable foot piece. Would have been 5 stars except for those issues.
I haven’t ridden it yet but so far it’s all put together and I love it. Directions didn’t help much. You tube is way easier to follow and you should just go there to begin with. I can’t wait to ride it when the weather permits.
It would have been nice to have some direction
**Update** Customer Service is great! Cheryl with was very prompt to respond to my email and is going to send a new seat. My only complaint is the seat has a small rip in it. I am contacting the company today to see about getting a replacement. I will update my review with the outcome. We purchased this bike as a retirement gift for our receptionist. She loves to ride bikes with her husband but has trouble with her hip hurting and can't ride for very long. She was beyond ecstatic when we gave it to her. She loves ALL things pink so the color was perfect!
